SUMMARY REMARKS:
We request that the Petitioner provide waiting pads for bus service along Reames Road. The new pads would be located either side of Reames
Road to provide residents with service in each direction to both Uptown and Northlake Mall. A pedestrian refuge island near the northern edge of
the properties is also requested to help residents cross the street between apartments either side of Reames Road.
The concrete waiting pads would be located between the existing curb and the new sidewalk. Pad must be flush with sidewalk and level within 2%
when measured perpendicular to street for compliance with the ADA. Below is an image of the standard (60.01B) detail for the two requested
pads.
