Some recent reports show clear shortage among these countries’ own people in such fields. This research explores cultural attitude in these oil countries joining scientific majors. This investigation is likely to be done by examining Qataris attitude related to self-influence, parents influence, and society influence where these cultural variables would affect career path. Findings show that Qataris’ attitudes are mostly affected by self-influence and society influence, but not necessarily by parents influence. It is also found that self, parents, and society do not differently influence males and female attitudes.
