Proceedings of 11th Asian Business Research Conference 26-27 December, 2014, BIAM Foundation, Dhaka, Bangladesh, ISBN: 978-1-922069-68-9 Examining Patient’s Revealed Behavior to Explain Dissatisfaction towards Healthcare Providers Syed Hasanuzzaman1 and Shahnaz Haque2 This study has checked the roots of dissatisfaction towards existing healthcare system for a small semi-urban sample. If patient’s revealed behavior is defined by their decision to change the healthcare service provider, than we have found that such behavior is initiated by lack of reliance, poor physical facilities and high cost of the service provider. As private sector health providers are also subject to such perceived dissatisfactions, public policy should take proper steps to uplift healthcare services in both public and private sectors.
