This is the First Addendum (“Addendum No. 1”) to the Request for Qualifications for
Professional Services for NEPA Environmental Review Documentation dated August 13, 2014.
Capitalized terms have the same meaning assigned to them in the RFQ.
1.
Would the selected consulting firm(s) who conduct NEPA services/documentation for a
particular airport development project also be eligible to pursue and be selected for follow-on
assignments of the same airport development project (i.e., design, construction management,
etc.). For example, if an EA was completed for a runway extension at CLT, would that same firm
be eligible to design the runway extension?
Yes, the same firm would be eligible to pursue and be selected for follow-on assignments of
the same airport development project.
2. The COVER PAGE counts as one of the 25 pages; what about a “front cover” and “back cover”
for binding purposes? Will these two pages be counted in the 25-page page limit?
No, the front and back cover will not be counted in the 25-page limit.
3. The DBE/SBE percentage is listed as “TBD.” Will the percent goal then be required on a taskby-task basis?
The DBE or SBE goal will be established on a contract basis, not task-by-task.
