Briefly tell about your family history:
My name is Kimberly L. Suratt, I was born in Phoenix AZ. I am the older of
2 children born to David and Janet Neuman. I was the first graduate from
college in my family and the first Nurse. I got my BSN at California State
University, Fresno in 1998. I have been working as a staff nurse and lead
nurse for the past 10 years in the Neonatal Intensive care unit at Kaweah
Delta medical center in Visalia, CA. I am married to Richard Suratt and we
have 3 children, Thomas 16, Raelynn 15 and Jenna 8 months. Our oldest
has been thinking about a nursing career.
Short Nursing BIO: Tell us about your Nursing career since graduation
and further education you may have received:
I have been a neonatal nurse since graduation in 1998. Since then I have
obtained my RNC in my field/ specialty and also work as Head RN for our
unit. I am also PILC certified.
