Judy Orr Schilling CSUF 1965 My maiden name was Judy Orr, daughter of Frank and Henrietta Orr, from Los Banos CA. Following graduation I worked as a PHN at the Fresno County Health Department for three years before becoming a stay at home mom for ten years. I returned to nursing working at the Student Health Center at FSU for 12 years. I then worked as a Genetic Clinician at Valley Children’s' Hospital before returning to public health nursing where I was fortunate to work in several different programs--case management, liaison nurse for community outreach and nurse consultant for children in foster care in Child Protective Services. I retired in 2006 and now enjoy volunteer work at the Ronald McDonald House, the Holy Cross Women’s' Center and Holiday Boutique a guild that supports Children’s' Hospital of Central CA. I am grateful for my education from the nursing program at Fresno State that enabled me to enjoy an interesting and satisfying career in nursing. I am married to Lee Schilling a physician specializing in OB-GYN. I have two sons: Chris Sparks age 37 lives in Phoenix, AZ and is employed by McDonald's corporation as an Operations Manager. Jack Sparks age 34 is a wildlife biologist with the US Fish and Wildlife Service in Los Banos.
