Terence and Jeong Suk visited China recently to host five seminars on ChIP and Western Blot applications in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. In total, over 450 delegates attended the seminars, and it seems that Molly the sheep wanted to come along too. Having read all the feedback comments about our website, I know that there are some pretty big fans of Molly out there. If you can't tell, we're all pretty keen on her too! At the end of each seminar there was a Q&A session, which proved to be very popular. Questions included: troubleshooting tips on how to eliminate non-specific bands, no bands in blot, two bands in ChIP, peptide sequences, and protocols such as running time for gels, voltage to use, blotting high molecular weight proteins, protein amount determination, ChIP sonication time and de-cross linking. If you have similar questions, you can find over 60 protocols and troubleshooting tips on our site, or contact our Scientific support team for help! Hope this made you smile :) Blog | Abcam: Giant sheep runs amok in China Molly gets peckish for noodles like everybody else!
