project lead who constantly strives to improve the customer’s experience.
Molly started her career as a consultant working for Great Place to Work Institute, helping multinational
companies build a high-trust environment and implement organizational change that aligns with their
cultural vision. She has extensive experience in healthcare and IT effectiveness, most recently at the
University of Chicago Medicine where she utilized her Lean/Six Sigma skills to create enterprise-wide
standards, set goals and performance metrics, and improve efficiencies.
Recent Projects Include:

 Project Manager for the implementation of a
global safety platform for a Fortune 500
company to be implemented in multiple
countries, facilitated voice of customer sessions
and crafted organization-wide communications.
 Spearheaded continuous improvement in IT
department focused on the service desk.
Resulted in an 84% reduction in customer wait
time, a 92% reduction in abandoned calls and
the successful completion of 80% of the
incidents within one business day over a 5
month period.
 Led the roll out of Business Process
Improvement (BPI) for a large teaching hospital
including: training, coaching, organizational
engagement, and strategic alignment. This
included creating key performance indicator
boards for every sub-area within the IT
department, from the CIO through the Director
level.
 Improved resource management capabilities
within the IT department at a healthcare
organization. This included leading a series of
Kaizen events, VOC, focus groups, and
presenting findings and recommendations to
leadership.
 Re-engineered training program in a hospital
to define and integrate standard work into daily
practice with sustainable metrics. This resulted
