It has to come to our knowledge that certain unscrupulous/ purported recruitment agencies are wrongfully declaring that they are officially related/associated to the recruitment process of Tata Power. They also project themselves as the representatives of Tata Power and to that effect communicating the prospective candidates including the fresh engineers for job appointment at various locations of Tata Power and are also collecting the fees / monetary benefits from the candidates.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, Tata Power hereby notify to the public at large that it has not engaged the services of any such agencies nor have they employed or intend to employ/ engage any of these agencies as a part of its recruitment process. However,
Tata Power notify its recruitment/ vacancies in its official web site i.e. www.tatapower.com
under the heading “Careers”.
By this communication, Tata Power hereby wishes to inform the public at large that one should not deal with any such agencies that are wrongfully and without any authority from Tata Power offering employment or contract with Tata Power and its group companies. One should also not believe any commitment / assurances of whatsoever nature given by such agencies in return for the payment of fees or any monetary benefits.
Despite the aforesaid declaration, if any person voluntarily chooses to deal with such agencies OR pays any amount or monetary compensation for such recruitment, they can do so entirely at their own risk as to the cost and consequences thereof for which
Tata Power shall not be responsible for any liability (financially / legally or otherwise) of whatsoever nature.
