Process Engineer
The Position
Reporting to the Manager, Production Engineering Support, the Process Engineer is responsible for process and
equipment continuous improvements, such that when potential projects are highlighted and selected for
implementation, they are successfully completed through an adequate project management methodology
covering all aspects required by internal procedures and relevant documentation. The Process Engineer’s goal is to
make the most efficient utilisation of equipment and processes at optimal cost and under satisfactory conditions of
quality while adhering to EHS, cGMP, company policies and procedures, Good Engineering working principles and
the relevant regulations at all times, thus ensuring Customer Compliance is met. The position entails is on a full
time basis in the Bulebel site.
The Applicant
This position calls for applicants having a first Degree in Engineering. Applicants need to have excellent
troubleshooting skills and with the aptitude to analyse problems rationally, provide solutions and implement
actions within cross-functional teams. The candidate is also expected to have excellent technical, communication
and project management skills, ability to work effectively with internal/external stakeholders, unsupervised and on
own initiative. The position calls the person to work under pressure and with a continuous improvement attitude
along with a meticulous, methodical and very well organised approach. Previous experience within the
pharmaceutical environment and possession of Wireman Licenses A and B for Mech. Eng. will be considered an
asset.
