Program Reviews/Annual Updates
The following annual updates were reviewed and approved:
• VPSS

AUO forms will change next year. Timelines may also change. Don’t forget to include budget
requests in your program plans. These will be compiled for prioritization.
Cabrillo Connects (Strategic Plan)
This college strategy was formed from Laurel’s listening tour. Bolded items have highest firstyear priority, but all areas will be worked on. The draft will be taken to CPC today and the final
plan will go to board in June or August. Any comments should be directed to Terrence Willet.
End of Year Wrap up
Jay began a discussion of what’s the best way to get the message out to students regarding ed
plan workshops. Website, email, text, power point in classrooms, posters, the Voice, etc. If
Cabrillo is funded the new Title V grant, this would provide a student portal which should
significantly help with informing students.
