10 Minutes
This item is up for discussion / possible action regarding the approval of $1,000.00 from the 73, Equipment Account
to purchase video conferencing equipment.
Student organizations on campus are not being provided with convenient ways to meet. I believe that the student

The video conferencing equipment would be used by Cabrillo College clubs as well as the Student Senate.
The equipment would have to stay inside Cabrillo College premises at all times and need to be checked out and checked
in systematically.
Please think about this item and form questions for next weeks meeting when we will review this item again.
