BDC12S-01 New Jersey Department of Transportation 1035 Parkway Avenue, PO Box 600, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0600 Baseline Document Change Announcement INQUIRIES- Before Award of Contract BDC12S-01 January 12, 2012 SUBJECT: Revision to Subsection 101.04 of the 2007 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction Subsection 101.04 has been revised to increase the number of days available to the NJDOT between submitting inquiries and the opening of bids. The following revisions have been incorporated into the Standard Input SI2007 as of January 12, 2012. 101.04 INQUIRIES REGARDING THE PROJECT 1. Before Award of Contract. THE SECOND PARAGRAPH IS CHANGED TO: The deadline for submitting inquiries is 12:00 noon, 7 days before the opening of bids. Implementation Code H (HIGH PRIORITY) Changes must be implemented in all applicable Department projects scheduled for advertisement at least one month after the date of the BDC announcement. If necessary, addenda must be issued to incorporate the changes. The changes should NOT be incorporated if issuance of addenda will require a postponement of the receipt of bids.
