Target(s) Identified step for change To involve the wider school community in developing a strategic plan To use local/ community expertise to provide master classes to promote personalisation and choice To extend use of the outdoor environment to provide highly motivating contexts for learning Success criteria (Outcomes related to impact and benefits for learners) Staff, pupils and parents will have contributed in a meaningful way to the school’s strategic plan Master classes, using staff and local expertise will be available once per week in terms 2 and 4 for all pupils. 4 agreed ‘learning areas’ will have been created in the playground and school garden for children to use to enhance learning Audit/monitoring/evaluation of impact and benefits (Methods used/to be used) Staff parent and pupil evaluations will be collated and shared Review of the range of master classes and multi stage working will be carried out by staff and children at end of the term with next steps and suggestions Collect photographic evidence to illustrate the range of use of outdoor environment.
