NEW Updated dates for summer Skills Institute - Real World Strategic Planning - June 2829 Space is still available in Real World Strategic Planning for summer, now meeting June 28-29. At some point in your career, you may be dropped into an organization that is in great need of strategic planning. This course gives you some basic tools so that you will be able to help it find its way. You will be equipped to detect mission drift, map your ecosystem, construct a theory of change, diagnose sustainability, and more. These key skills are applicable to government entities and NGOs, to large and small organizations. This fast paced course will be taught via case studies and simulations based on actual recent strategic planning projects.
