RA Fund Request: Getting to Know the Library
o Jackie Yeary presents
 Residents requested that she host a “Library” event
 Bill Mayer, a research librarian, will come to the floor
 Requesting $40 for food for the event
 Questions:
 How much is your floor budget?

 How much do you expect it to cost overall and why aren’t your
asking for more?

o Doesn’t it give SG too much power to be able to veto

We originally had that the RHA president could
veto, but it wouldn’t be appropriate for us to
veto something, since SG has multiple
branches of government, so it’s more
responsible to allow them to veto something
whereas it isn’t responsible for us to with only
one branch.
Discussion

o T-shirt Design
 Letts, Clark, and Roper’s t-shirt designs are presented
 Leonard Hall’s t-shirt design is presented
 Vote by clapping
 Leonard’s t-shirt design will be used
 Discussion:
o It’s really expensive to use so many colors.
o We should move the RHA logo to go on top of the
logo on the back.
o The front and back should be switched.
o Can we also use the hall council logos?
o Email paige@aurha.org with any suggestions
 E-Board should create the design.
 Motion to exhaust the speakers list
o Seconded, passed
 We’re going to tweak the images and bring them back to GA
