B. How to fill in this listing.
1. The enumerator should first fill Blocks I and II as per data filled on the Selected Household Listing
(Household Listing) except for some information which will require an interview with the
respondent.
2. The interview starts with Block III and continues on to Block IV (specifically for household
member aged 10 years and older).
3. The enumerator has to check the connection/relevance of one answer with the others. If the
connection seems odd, the enumerator has to ask these questions once more and correct the
answers..
