Training program for implementation of eHRMS
(Manav Sampada) in Basic Education

For a better governance, the education department of UP is implementing Manav Sampada, the
eHRMS solution designed and developed by NIC, HP. The application will help the decision
makers to take a transparent and correct decisions with respect to the massive manpower
deployed in their department.
To initiate the implementation of the application training program of district/block level
computer assistants is being organized in computer lab of Jaipuria Institute of Management,
Lucknow. More than 200 participants from all the 75 districts of UP are participating in this
training in six batches. These participants will also be the master trainers in their respective
district/block. This workforce will complete the massive task of data entry of information
related to service book of employees.
Training is being provided by Manav Sampada core team comprising Shri Rajeev Kumar, TD,
Shri Hari Sharma, PSA and Smt. Honey Ambardar, PSA . The team is responsible for
implementation of Manav Sampada application software in Uttar Pradesh under guidance of
Smt. Sanghamitra G Tripathy, Group Head and Dr. Saurabh Gupta, SIO Uttar Pradesh and
support from the SIO, NIC, Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sanjay Kumar, NIC , HP and their team.
