List the following three items for each course title or course number change:
1. Current course title and course number
2. Proposed course title or course number change
3. Rationale for the title or course number change
If you want to change a course title and description, then this will be treated as a new course and
will be handled by the Academic Council at a later date. (This type of proposal can be turned in
at anytime and they will be placed in a queue according to when submitted.)
