INDA has secured room blocks in several major hotels in Miami Beach at special
discounted rates. There is not a hotel adjacent to the convention center! D. VanEvery &
Associates will coordinate housing for IDEA13. Reservations will NOT be accepted directly
by the hotels. Reservations must be made through D. VanEvery & Associates by going to
www.dvanevery.com/idea/ or by mail, or fax.
It is important that you make reservations no later than February 28, 2013. Room
reservations may be made at these rates as long as rooms are available in the group block
and reservations are made prior to February 28, 2013. After February 28, 2013, rates and
room availability cannot be guaranteed. All rates are non-commissionable. To assist you in
making your reservations, a list of IDEA13 hotels with rates is provided along with a map,
on the previous page. Hotels fill up quickly, so make your reservation early!
You must guarantee your reservation with a major credit card. One night’s deposit will be
charged at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made in accordance with hotel
policy (noted on your hotel confirmation) or your credit card will be charged. Every effort
will be made to accommodate your hotel preferences, but in the event that the requested
hotel(s) are unavailable, you will be assigned to an alternative hotel.
