2. Approve Notes from the 3/27/15 Meeting
3. Revised Supplemental Budget Request Form
a. Final adoption next meeting
4. Is the online program review template ready to present to the Senate?
a. Angelina presenting at next Senate meeting 4/17
b. Student Services hopefully by next Fall, will send drafts when
ready
i. Suggested change, changing language in section 3
5. Re-review the following Program Review Evaluations
a. IT – still need revision, need to make necessary changes (footer,
5.2 and signatures) need to send to Johanna for posting by 4/24
b. Payroll – post and re-review at 4/24 meeting
c. Communication/Marketing
i. Will touch base with President, need clarification where
this PR will be housed.
6. Start discussing the year’s Executive Summary Items (see attached)
7. Other/Future Agenda items: Discussion:
a. Review Student and Administrative Services templates
b. Follow up with IT on revision
c. Re-review Payroll, IT and Communication
i. Mission/Assessment: Cindy Hooper
ii. Past Plan Evaluation: Mike Peterson
iii. Planning/resource requests: Phil Freneau
d. Joe and Brady to draft report for BOT
e. 4 year assessment cycle – PRC is fine with 4 yr cycle
f. DE – separate program review, no collective look at online or
telepresence, resource request – what would give it more attention
i. DE as a program that requires support (equipment,
personnel)
ii. DE as educational mode, how are challenges addressed
