Highlights:
Need to determine methodology for financial aid to determine if it is a ‘real’
graduation date or ‘expected’ grad date. Determined that a checklist item for
final high school transcript will be used.

Determine if it is necessary to have the location of the person who entered the
recruit information.

When the n the high school/college addresses are loaded, they will overwrite
anything that has been entered in the table.
There is no way to check that the high school transcript is official.
The gpa at the recruiting level is self-reported and can be used for scholarship
awarding.
Fulltime and parttime codes are self-reported at the recruit level. NEVER use
this field to determine actual enrollment status.
STVATTS – Student attributes can be used for honors, military, etc. if that info
is gathered at recruiting level.
STVLEND – How I Learned Table. Get codes to Sandra ASAP. Can determine
which newspaper ad the student saw, etc.
Frank Myers will provide a list of reports needed for recruitment to Linda.
Who and when will we learn how to get views? Sandra will check with Laurene.
Sandra will check with Debbie to see if they will enable the option to create a
.csv file.
DECISION REQUIRED: On the curriculum rules, at recruiting level, only a
warning error will display. At the Admission’s level, it will be a fatal error. Is this
what we want to do?

Need to create nucleus curriculum rules.
DECISION REQUIRED : AA – Undeclared (has to have a college associated
with it.) List of undeclared degrees with colleges attached. All will have a
college code of EO. UNDC – Undeclared or undecided? Will we use 888 or
create a new code of 999?
Jamie needs to send Sandra an email about how tuition waivers are handled.
