formal or less formal salutations

If someone does not want their name in a standard
way, this is where you would update on how they
want their salutation listed. When you run pop
select, it will pull this information otherwise, it will
use a standard rule built into the system.
Updating Addresses
Only enter this information if there is an exception
to the rule and then enter on both people.
When the household tab is highlighted and you
update an address, you must then click to the
household tab and make sure the update box is
checked and then save. Otherwise, all of the
people on the household members tab will not be
automatically updated.
This only applies to records where the house
holding box is checked. The individual MUST
reside at the same address.

When you enter an alternate salutation, it is
recommended to put this on both the husband
and the wife’s record!!!!

Must have the ID number and this will take you into
the organizations record. You cannot search on this
form.
You must put this on APAIDEN and then can
associate on the APAEHIS. You cannot enter this
information on the APAEHIS tab.
You must check the OK for notes tab and then
when you run the report, it will pull for alum notes.

We also need to test a roll of a current semester of
students.
Institution honors- the current system will code this
We will need access to this. It will allow us to search all
organizations in the system as opposed to just
advancement organizations
