Honors current instructional faculty from any institution of higher education in Oklahoma who display exemplary skills in teaching political
science classes.

Honors a person in Oklahoma who has made significant scholarly contributions to political science.
BOB DARCY LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT
Honors individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to the Association in terms of leadership, research and mentorship.

Honors support staff persons for excellence in job performance, attitude and commitment.

Richard spent most of the Summer of 2014 dealing with the Child Immigrants at Lawton, has great expertise
in the intricacies of the Immigration issue. He will discuss these events and what may be the future of
immigration post-election in 2014.

Speaker: Dr. Brian Houghton
Dr. Houghton Teaches currently at BYU-Hawaii. He was the keynoter fifteen years ago when Redlands hosted
OPSA, speaking on Terrorism. He was at that time employed by the Rand Corporation. He soon became the
Director of Research at the Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism, (MIPT), and is now at BYUHawaii, as Associate Dean.
