Bb Learn: ShareStream Uploading Flash (Jing) Media Flash file (.swf) files are only able to be added to your Course Collection using MediaManager. You can then add the media to a course page in Blackboard for easy viewing. From your Blackboard course, click on Course Tools. On the Tools Page, click ShareStream MediaManager. The ShareStream MediaManager application will open within your Blackboard Learn window. Select the destination folder, then click Collection > Add Asset. Office of e-Learning: Academic Affairs Bb Learn: ShareStream – Uploading Flash Media On the Asset Required Metadata tab, enter the Title, Contributor (Author), and Date. Choose Video from the Digitized File Format dropdown menu. Click on the Asset Media File(s) tab. In Upload Streamable File, click the Browse button. Make sure that Flash (Streamable) is selected from the dropdown menu. You will be returned to MediaManager, click Save Asset. The Asset Successfully Saved message will appear. Click OK.
