MediaManager Overview
The MediaManager interface is designed for performing administrative tasks, such as organizing media assets for your Course Collection into folders and
subfolders and creating video clips from whole clips. MediaManager is also used to upload special files types, such as podcasts, closed-caption files, and
composite media.
1. Collection and Asset buttons – when clicked opens a menu that allows you to perform various actions on either the Collection or Asset such as move, copy,
rename and delete.
2. Quick Search – performs a metadata search based on key words.
3. Library – displays the Course Collection for the course. The Course Collection can be expanded to show folders and subfolders.
4. Play All – opens the Media Player and plays media that is selected.
5. Displays the Assets and attributes of the selected Library.
6. Displays that Library Metadata associated with the selected Asset.
