ACCEPTING MODIFICATIONS TO THE 2010 BUDGET
WHEREAS, Resolution 09-12-20 adopted December 1, 2009, approved the 2010 Budget
for the St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency Local Development Corporation,
and
WHEREAS, In addition to standard predicted modifications, certain Agency revenue
and expenditure accounts in the 2010 budget require modification to reflect staffing changes
related to the Economic Development Services Agreement with St. Lawrence County, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that St. Lawrence County Industrial
Development Agency Local Development Corporation staff is directed to make the following
modifications to the Agency’s 2010 Budget:
