AMENDING RESOLUTION CDC-10-05-04 (Adopted May 12, 2010)
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY CIVIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPOINTING OFFICERS
WHEREAS, the bylaws of the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency
Civic Development Corporation (the “CDC”) requires the Board of Directors of the CDC to
appoint the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and the Compliance Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Raymond H. Fountain Patrick J. Kelly
is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kimberly Gilbert is appointed as the Chief
Financial Officer, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Raymond H. Fountain Natalie Sweatland is
appointed as the Compliance Officer, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly put to vote on roll call,
which resulted as follows:
