AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
WHEREAS, the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency wishes to enter
into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Local Government Task Force, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Lawrence County Industrial
Development Agency does hereby authorize its Chairman to sign the document.
