Click on one of the “Course” names in the left column to navigate to the “Progress Details” screen where you can see assignments and other information that have been recorded for that subject or “course”. Progress Details In the “Progress Details” area, you can see assignment names/descriptions as well as weights, marks, and comments if any were recorded. There will be a separate “Progress Details” area for each subject or class and grading period. “Daily Comments” for the particular class will display under the assignments. In addition to viewing the assignments by date, you can also view them grouped by assignment type or by assessment type. Links to print a Report for your child or to view Dublinʼs District Grading Scale are also available at the bottom of this screen. The grading scale is only applicable for students in grades 4 and 5 who are receiving letter grades. If an assignment is listed as “Missing”, there is a recorded score of “0” and this will negatively impact the studentʼs average until the assignment is completed. If an assignment is listed as “Late”, the assignment is ignored in the calculations and will not negatively impact the studentʼs average. This message is to notify students and parents of assignments that are considered “late” and need to be completed. Updated 8/30/10 4
