Health Designs is a leader in worksite wellness specializing in Health Risk Assessments,
employee screenings and health coaching.
Responsibilities:
 Build and foster long term relationships with our clients by offering high level health
promotion programs and superior customer service
 Conduct Health Risk Assessments and on-site screenings of blood pressure, cholesterol,
glucose, BMI and provide lifestyle coaching
 Design creative activities, programs, material that engage individuals and support
behavior change
 Assist in the completion of RFP’s and client proposals
 Assist with risk stratification and database management including analysis and
reporting
 Managing and coordinating all aspects of worksite screenings
 WELCOA liaison
 Co-create and manage Policy and Procedures for office and on the job
 Staff trainings and supervision as requested
Qualifications:
 Master’s degree in a health-related discipline preferred
 2-3 years of experience in a Health Promotion position
 CHES certified or willing to obtain within 1 year
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
 Experience measuring biometrics (manual blood pressure, finger stick, bone density)
 Experience in using coaching methodology to work with participants
 Flexibility in schedule and travel ability
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
