OVERVIEW
Panasonic PT-F200
Projector
This room is equi pped with an Extron MediaLink system that
allows users to quickly and easily switch between different
sources. The inputs on the switch are clearly indicated and will
correspond to the device you wish to use.
To operate the projector:
1.)
Press the Display ON button on the MediaLink system.
(The ON button will blink for 30-45 seconds while the
system warms up.)
2.)
Select the appropriate video device using the INPUT
buttons on the MediaLink system.
3.)
Adjust the VOLUME knob on the MediaLink system to
reach the desired level.

Like video settings, the audio for all devices may be adjusted with the
volume controls the MediaLink system.
To adjust audio settings:
Adjust the VOLUME knob on the MediaLink system to reach
the desired level.

1.)
Make sure the document camera and the projector are
turned ON.
2.)
Use the corresponding input button on the MediaLink
system to select the document camera as the video
source.

DOCUMENT CAMERA
To use the document camera:

DVD/VCR Combo
1.)
Turn on the projector by pressing the Display ON button on the
MediaLink system. (See page 1.)
2.)
Use the DVD/VCR input button on the MediaLink system to select
the combo player as the video source.
2.)
Turn on the combo unit by pressing the POWER button and insert
your media to begin playing.

To use the DVD/VCR Combo:

To use the computer:
1.)
LOGON to the computer using your UWSP username and password.
2.)
To display the computer’s screen on the projector, press the ON
button on the Extron Controller. After the ON button stops flashing,
press the PC button on the Extron Controller to select the computer as
the audio/video source.
Unlocking a computer:
If the PC’s screen indicates that it has been locked by another user, you can
unlock the system by restarting it. To restart a locked computer:
1.)
Press and hold the POWER button on the computer until it shuts
down (typically, you will need to hold the button for 5 to 10 seconds
before the sequence will begin).
2.)
Press the power button again to restart the PC. When the login screen
appears, enter your UWSP username and password.
NOTE TO USERS:

COMPUTER
Please remember to logoff the computer when finished. After 60 minutes of
inactivity, classroom computers will automatically lock, preventing subsequent
users from logging on. If a computer has accidentally been left locked by another
user, please see the section on “Unlocking a Computer” above.
