This certificate is limited to initial enrollment of a full-time Methodist University undergraduate day
student, beginning or transfer, and must be presented prior to the first day of class during the initial
semester of enrollment.
Up to $1000 will be credited each year for four years.
The student must maintain a 2.0 average to remain eligible after the first year.
The student’s name and address must be given.
The certificate must be signed by a United Methodist clergy member.
The name and address of the United Methodist Church must be listed.
The certificate may not be used in lieu of the advance deposit for admission.
The certificate must be mailed by the pastor to Methodist University, Office of the Chaplain,
5400 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28311
