Reserving LLC Study Room using OWA Please remember that the study rooms are primarily for the use of students. Log into OWA and open your calendar (be sure you select YOUR calendar) Select New On the EVENT line put what the request is for. Example: CS staff meeting Click ADD ROOM at the end of the Location line Select the desired room from the drop down menu ***NOTE: the rooms are all showing as FREE because the program does not yet know when you want to use the room. If you fill in the date and time BEFORE selecting a room, OWA will only show you available rooms. This is your choice. If you choose a room, then do the data and time, it will send a rejection if the room is reserved. Fill in details of the request (Start date, times, etc) Click on Send. You will receive an email confirming your request. You can add any study room to your calendar list if you want to see when the rooms are available. Right click on My Calendars Open Calendar, From Directory Key in # and select study room calendar you want to view OK
