The Contractor shall:
 supply source identified (SI) certified
native grass seed (local genotype)
produced from grow-outs of the seed
species listed in Section A
•
The Contractor shall:
 prepare fields, cultivate, harvest, process,
and test viability, purity and moisture
content of seed lots to meet certification
standards as described in the applicable
state Seed Certification Pre-Variety
Germplasm standards and procedures.
•
The resultant certified seed:
 shall be supplied to the Government based
on delivery orders. The seed will be used
for restoration projects on Federal lands.
Delivery will primarily be made to locations
within the state of Oregon.
