Information
Complete an application for graduation. Apply for graduation online at:
http://www.uwsp.edu/regrec/Pages/graduation.aspx. There is a graduation fee ($50) whether or
not you participate in the ceremony unless you paid a Matriculation Fee in the first term of your
enrollment. . If you have a degree, you need to contact Registration and Records to add the major.
FINANCIAL AID - must be processed by each individual receiving any kind of financial aid
through the Financial Aid Office (715-346-4771). You need to make the necessary
arrangements with the Financial Aid Office for direct deposit or to have your check mailed.
Return Resource Room/Bldg. keys to the SHCP Office. When you return the keys, your $10
deposit will be returned to you. You forfeit your deposit if the keys are not returned. If you are
planning on using the Resource Room during your clinical, please let Nancy know, and you will
be able to keep the keys until the end of your clinical rotation.

Be sure to check your UWSP MyPoint for your registration time and date. You need to pay the
$100 Reg. Deposit to the Bursar’s Office. Pay online at: http://www.uwsp.edu/regrec or mail to:
UWSP Bursar’s Office, Rm. 007, SSC, Stevens Point, WI 54481.
2ND SEMESTER – The SHCP Office will give you Electronic Authorization to register on-line
for the following courses: CLS 416 (4 cr), CLS 446( 3 cr), CLS 486(2 cr), CLS 499(3 cr) (12
credits total). MLT to MLS students will be contacted by email regarding registration.
