ABSTRACT:
One of the biggest problems Trimble faces in training today is timeshare. Although Trimble sells infield and
office software and hardware, it is the infield software and hardware that has the greatest number of users
and is where the greatest volume of training is required. Today the majority of companies do not wish staff
to attend training and be out of the office for more than two days. This presentation explains how Trimble
has used, uses and would like to use eLearning to create a blended learning approach to solve this problem
and ensure the same level of education is obtained that is more flexible and cost effective.
