Join us new version of Ibsen’s An Enemy of the People. Dr. Thomas Stockmann
discovers a toxic secret that threatens the health of his entire community. The
doctor expects to be hailed as a hero, but his brother, Mayor Peter Stockmann,
believes the information will destroy the town, forcing the men into a passionate
confrontation of political will and personal ethics. Brief discussion will follow on
the role of scientists in the society.
WoW cultural events are part of the WoW social activities
that help promote the participation of women in science by
establishing strong networks of support and exchange of
various academic and personal issues that strengthen
connections and raise awareness of key issues to help support
women in their studies and retain them in the sciences.
