Borrow a portable energy meter—just as you would a book—
to gain appliance energy insights and to help make your
equipment decisions. MGE has donated the popular meters
to area libraries.
Accurate and easy to use, these plug-in meters work on any
standard 120-volt electric appliance. Instructions are included.
Usual check-out period is two to three weeks but varies with
the host library. As meters are often in use, you may want to
