Use this shopping list to plan your supermarket outing. Preview the supermarket circular and hunt for sales items. Shopping with a
list will help you minimize impulsive purchases that tend to be pricey and less healthy. Your list should contain predominately fruits,
vegetables, and whole grains, and moderate amounts of meat, fish, poultry and lean dairy.
