I understand that I am responsible for any recoupment of my benefit to the
Department of Veterans Affairs. _____
I understand that while attending Shelton State Community College, I must have
an active email account. _____
I understand that while attending Shelton State Community College, I will learn
how to access my Student Online Account. _____
I understand that if my educational benefit doesn’t cover the total cost of my
tuition/fees, I am responsible for the balance. _____
I understand that if I owe a balance by my payment due date, my classes that I
registered for may be dropped. _____
I understand that I must attend all classes in which I’m enrolled. _____
I understand that if using Tuition Assistance to pay for tuition/fees, I must submit
a copy of the request to have my schedule held until approval is received. _____
I understand that I must submit a VA Enrollment Certification Request to the
Veterans Information Center in order to have my enrollment certified for the
semester in which I’m enrolled.______
I understand that if I’m receiving the CH 33 (Post 9/11) benefit, I’m responsible
for the purchasing of my books with the understanding that I will receive a book
stipend to help offset the cost of my books._______
