markets in the U.S. were not advantageous.
A Chinese-based fashion house and garment manufacturer, as the independent auditors, with a U.S. IPO.
Being able to enter the U.S. markets provided this entity with access to wider capital markets.
A Denver-based manufacturing entity with establishing operations, as well as legal representation and
accounting assistance, in South America and Europe. Introductions to the local Crowe Horwath
International teams provided this entity with the ability to structure and safeguard its overseas operations.
Assisting a transportation service entity with its foreign tax compliance requirements. This has allowed the
entity to continue to grow its international operations without undue time and delays navigating several
foreign jurisdictions and laws.
Advising a Canadian software developer with their internal control attestation reports. This has allowed the
entity to expand their U.S. client base by providing assurance to their customers that they meet high levels
of data privacy protection and control system integrity.
In each of these cases, we have worked to develop innovative business solutions in audit, tax, risk, and advisory
services designed for the unique needs of the client, solutions that improve performance, enhance shareholder
value, and build client competitiveness.
