states, union territories etc. constitute the first phase of JNNSEEC.

The identified six sub-themes are:
(i) Industry;
(ii) Natural resources and their Conservation;
(iii) Transport and Communication;
(iv) Information and Education Technology;
(v) Community Health and Environment; and
(vi) Mathematical Modelling.
