INTENT
It is the intent of this policy to prohibit the unauthorized sale of commercial products or
services on University premises. Further, when approved, such activities must not
interfere with the effective operation of the University and must not impose explicit or
implicit obligations on fellow employees or students.
POLICY
No one is permitted to sell goods or services on University premises, unless such sales
are directly related to University business and are specifically authorized by the
President or the President's designee in writing. University contracts stipulating the sale
of commercial products and/or services constitute authorization by the University.
