Process for Constructing a New Cycle LRP
1. PRE-TAC ORIENTATION
• Orbit Accounting
– Accurate orbit accounting
– Unexecuted amounts, & execution rates are necessary.
– Near mid-cycle; timing is driven by when TAC occurs.
• TAC & MANAGEMENT ORBIT RECOMMENDATIONS
– Orbit accounting used as input for TAC recommendations.
– Recommendations made to TAC and HOD Management:
Number of orbits that can be granted to GOs for a given Cycle-end date.
Percentage of MAMAs that can be granted to GOs.
Other Restrictions (e.g., CVZ restrictions, SMOV contingencies, etc.)
