Kathryn Clancy is a law clerk in the Business Law Group. She has over 30 years of experience in various
areas of Corporate Law including incorporations, organizations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions,
revivals, extra-provincial registrations and other corporate proceedings including due diligence examinations.
Kathryn also has experience in working with and co-ordinating the corporate filings with the regulatory
requirements of many clients.
Kathryn graduated from the Legal Assistant program at Shaw Business College in 1980 and joined the firm in
September 1980.
Kathryn is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO).
