Position Responsibilities:
This position will contribute to technical projects and manufacturing services that fall under the
responsibilities of the Color Technology team.
Responsibilities include:
* Development of new methods, programs, and processes for improved quality and efficiency
* Facilitating resolution of technical, manufacturing, and quality problems related to color
* Interactions with plants and labs to implement new developments
* Support to US and global sites for color software, spectrophotometers, pigments, shading
databases, standards, and test methods
* Project support through effective data analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational / planning abilities, and a
high level of initiative are necessary for success in the position.
Experience Required:
Candidate must have:
* Minimum three years experience in Product Formulation, Manufacturing, or Technical
Services
* Proficiency in project management and problem solving
* Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis
Experience working with technical software and working knowledge of manufacturing processes
are strongly preferred.
Education Required:
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
