DH to identify new members of HEG Appointment of Chris Jones as chair Chris Jones has been appointed as Chair of the HEG. Chris is a leader of health and wellbeing change within Network Rail and is member of the Health and Wellbeing Policy Group. Chris will provide a direct link to the HWPG Ratification of remit and TOR The group reviewed its remit/TOR and agreed its contents subject to 1. Identification of quorum required to form a decision and 2. Discussion of deliverables made within the meeting. DH to adjust remit and TOR Updates – HWPG and CBA/ROI Tool Decisions and discussions held by the HWPG were covered including: Approval of scoping work for health data and health standards Approval of ways of working for HWPG HEG to support delivery plan success measures The CBA/ROI tool is progressing and will soon be ready for testing. 2 Health Economics Group (HEG) Industry Health Indicators (building on ORR work) ORRs report on Industry Wide Health Dashboard was reviewed. Health indicators was accepted as a key deliverable. Key deliverables from the roadmap Deliverables agreed in the item below were tied back to the roadmap: The Health Data User Requirements project has direct links with the health indicators task. DH to ensure the two work areas are linked. 1. Health indicators, relates to the general progress of industry and the roadmap. It directly fits into the reporting and monitoring workstream. 2. CBA tool, relates to general investment decisions across the industry. It also supports industry leadership and behavioural change from reactive to proactive measures. 3. Intervention evaluation measures, relates to behavioural change from reactive to proactive measures and ability to influence leaders. Agree key deliverables The group has agreed to initially undertake the following deliverables: 1. Develop a set of health indicators to highlight industry change The group has agreed to divide to undertake initial work on the deliverables: 1. Health indicators 2. Support development and use of a CBA tool to support health and Wellbeing projects Elsie, Mike, Darryl , Alex 3. Support development of evaluation measures to recognise what does/does not work as health interventions Cathy, Bridget, Paul 2. CBA tool 3. Intervention evaluation measures Nayia, Paul, Bridget It will also seek to communicate its work at the 2015 Health and Wellbeing Conference DH will support the sub groups to meet Cathy Murphy to raise consideration of bulk purchase of health provision for Abellio with team members.
