A Texas Tech Officer arrested a staff member for one outstanding Lubbock
County Sheriff’s Office warrant following a report of suspicious behavior on
the 5th floor of the Health Science Center. He was reported to have accessed a
computer to check e-mail and social media and did not have permission to
access the computer. A charge was filed for breach of computer security. The
staff member was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See incident report
# 13-1774.
