three traffic violations , which occurred in the 1000 block of Texas Tech
Parkway. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Detention
Facility. The vehicle was towed by Lubbock Wrecker Services to their

possession of drug paraphernalia in Wall Residence Hall. The student was
